Revolutionary repair product uses Microdoweling™ to bond concrete back together.

(Saint Paul, MN, January 2018) Roadware 10 Minute Concrete Mender™ penetrates deep into cracks and creates a structural repair in just 10 minutes at 70°F. This hybrid polyurethane uses ultra-low viscosity and surface tension to penetrate concrete faster than water without the excessive solvents associated with many other low viscosity polymers. The refined materials in Roadware Concrete Mender allow for a viscosity of 8 cps and a surface tension one third that of water. The combination of these two properties creates incredible bond strength, load transfer, and durability. Roadware calls this effect Microdoweling™. Make full depth repairs down to 24 inches or more without ports or pumps.

Microdoweling™ bonds concrete slabs back together with billions of microscopic carbon chains that actually lock the aggregate and cement within concrete materials back together. It works like traditional cutting, drilling and doweling of slabs except there is no cutting, no drilling, and billions of micro-dowels are installed in cracks of all sizes from hairline to over five inches. When concrete is repaired with Concrete Mender, the compromised concrete next to the damaged area is repaired as well.

Roadware 10 Minute Concrete Mender™ cures in just 10 minute at 70°F. Repairs may be made at all temperatures from –30°F to 120° F. It is available from Roadware distributors through out the United States. For more information, visit www.roadware.us of call 800-522-7623.
