All about Roadware 10 Minute Concrete Mender™
USES: Repairing cracks, spalls, and holes in concrete surfaces. Anchoring bolts and railings plus dozens of other uses including crack injection and delamination repairs.
FEATURES: Extremely low viscosity for deep penetration. Cures in a wide climate range from 100° F down to subzero temperatures. High chemical resistance.
BENEFITS: Long-lasting repairs that won’t get brittle and pop out. Easy preparation. Less downtime. Repairs may be opened to traffic 10 minutes after application at 70°F.
RECOMMENDED FOR NON-MOVEMENT CONCRETE REPAIRS. For moving repairs use Roadware Flexible Cement II™
SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION: Remove loose dirt, dust, and concrete with a wire brush or diamond blade grinder. Surfaces must be dry. See application instructions. Refer to extra guidelines for use in sub-zero temperatures.
CAUTION: Repairs performed in high-moisture conditions may emit a stronger odor during curing. Before application, make sure the repair area, sand, and aggregates are dry. Use caution when applying Concrete Mender in coolers, freezers, or confined spaces with limited ventilation. Repairs should not take place during active food preparation or near odor-sensitive products, materials, or merchandise.
