Roadware 10 Minute Concrete Mender was originally developed for Rapid Airfield Damage Repair (RADR). This technology allows ADR teams to quickly repair runways and get them back into operation in as little as 10 minutes.

Concrete Mender’s exclusive Microdoweling technology allows the structural polyurethane to bond with native aggregates and damage debris forming lasting repairs with minimal resources or inputs.  By utilizing debris from the runway mixed with sand and Concrete Mender,  repairs can be made with a much smaller logistical footprint than traditional methods. 

Concrete Mender repairs are fast.  Repairs will be aircraft-ready in about 10 minutes at 70 degreed F.  Just a few hours in sub zero temperatures. Concrete Mender can be used to make repairs in a wide temperature range from 100 F to -25F. 

Concrete Mender is safe to use.  The extreme low vapor pressure of Concrete Mender MDI polymers have a very low level of exposure to personnel and are simple to mix and use. 

Concrete Mender is tough enough to support aircraft and traffic without becoming brittle.
