Application Overview
For cracks, Concrete Mender is applied directly into the crack and layered with 40–30 grit silica sand until the repair is filled, saturated, struck flush, and allowed to cure. For spalls and thresholds, the guide recommends building repairs in layers using a resin-rich mixture of Concrete Mender and silica sand, typically at a ratio of 1 part mixed Concrete Mender to 2 parts sand, with additional sand added only as needed for placement.
